Initial consultations generally last 45 minutes followed by 30 minute fortnightly sessions or as needed. Depending on your location, sessions can be conducted via video or in person.

We offer sessions in person in Melbourne and Queensland with Paul and also via video conference (usually Facetime) with Paul. We have seen fantastic results and technique improvements from both in person and video sessions, you can read more about it with our success stories.
